All goods remain the property of EssenC Designs until paid for in full. Knitted garments are 100% Wool and are most suited to an Autumn / Winter season but can be delivered and sold any time of the year. Extra stock of accessories only is held so re-orders should be available to be shipped quite quickly, but this depends on the size of the order. To guarantee orders are delivered on time, please order in advance to allow time for the design and manufacture. Order from January to April for September delivery.     Payments Bank Transfer Cheque - Euro or Sterling • Paypal - to make a payment using Paypal please send funds to "info@essenc.ie"   Delivery Options Orders are sent by registered courier. • Ireland - €10.50 plus VAT or €7.50 (post - small parcels only) • Uk - £18 plus VAT. Smaller parcels can be sent by post. Prices will vary according to weight and size. Best possible price per parcel will be organised on your behalf. • Rest of World - €30. Best possible price per parcel will be organised on your behalf.     Bonus Shopping Every time you shop with EssenC Designs, you may be elligable for FREE goods to be sent with your order. Spend over €500 / £450 and receive a complimentary Hat / Scarf combination with your order.  Spend over €1,000 / £950 and receive a complimentary Hat / Scarf / Arm-Warmers / Brooch Combination.  The colours and style choices of free goods are at the discretion of EssenC Designs. Free goods can be chosen from accessories only - not full garments. These products may be sold in your retail outlet.     Early Payment Plan - Complimentary Hat / Scarf ! You have a number of options when it comes to making payment for your order. You may wait to be invoiced approx 3 weeks before your desired delivery time and make full payment then. If you make full payment at the time the order is placed (or within 5 working days) you are eligible for a complimentary hat / scarf to be sent with your order. Knitted Collection - the above rules apply. Fabric Collection - 50% Deposit MUST be paid to the value of the order at the time the order is placed. You are granted 5 working days to make this payment. This is to allow for fabric costs to manufacture the order as stock of garments are not held at the studio. The balance of the order can be paid before the goods are shipped. Please note that all garments MUST be paid for in full before they are shipped. If you wish to place a large order you may pay for it in installments and have the value shipped to you until the full order has been sent.         Early Payment Plan AND Bonus Shopping can be claimed for in the same order provided you meet all criteria.       Refunds / Faulty Goods If you notice a fault in a garment please report it immediately. If there are shortages in your order you must report it immediately. Every effort will be made to replace or refund the value asap.         Handmade All knitwear garments are handmade at the design studio in Co. Cavan, Ireland. Postcard information cards are available upon request as "point of sale" material to display with the work in your shop or to hand out to customers. This is a fantastic method of promoting your shop as a supporter of "Craft" and "Handmade Quality Products." The knitwear is 100% Merino Lambswool and has been washed and felted by the designer. Due to this shrinking and felting process each garment / products may differ from a similar style. Different colours react in different ways to shrinking.
